You already have your vision and most of your vendors booked. You just want someone experienced watching every detail on the day itself, so you and your family can actually be present.
What’s included
Day-of coordination, timeline management, vendor coordination on-site, and full execution support from our team.
Who this isn’t for
If you’re still deciding on your venue or haven’t started vendor conversations, this tier won’t give you enough support yet, Sweet Dreams is the better starting point.

For the couple who wants a true partner in the planning, not just the day-of.

You want a real partner in the planning, not just someone who shows up at the end. You want help shaping the vision, choosing the right vendors, and staying on track from months out.
What’s included
Partial planning support from booking through your wedding day, vendor sourcing and coordination, complementary design review, budget management, and the complete Virgo process outlined on our Approach page.
Who this isn’t for
If you’ve already finalized your vendors and just need day-of execution, Sweet Essentials is a better, more focused fit.

For the couple who wants to hand me the vision and step back into being engaged, not employed by their own wedding.

You want to hand me the vision, even a scattered one, and step back into just being engaged. This is full-service planning and design, built for couples who want the most elevated, most hands-on experience I offer.
What’s included
End-to-end planning and design, full vendor sourcing and management, custom design direction, and white-glove execution from our full team.
Who this isn’t for
If you already have a clear vision and mostly need coordination support, Sweet Essentials or Sweet Dreams will serve you better without paying for services you don’t need.
Beyond planning
Design and decorating, booked on their own.
Event Design
Starting at $1795
Design on its own, for couples and hosts who have the logistics handled and want the room to feel considered. Mood boards, color palette, tablescapes, rentals and florals direction, and a design plan your team can execute.
Wedding Day Decorating
Starting at $995
We show up and set the room. Personal decor, signage, favors, table styling and the finishing touches placed exactly the way you pictured them, then packed down at the end of the night.
