The day you sign, you’ll receive your Welcome Guide, a clear look at what to expect, how we’ll communicate, and what happens next.
No wondering, no waiting. You’ll know exactly where things stand from day one.

Onboarding conversation
We’ll schedule a real conversation, not a form to fill out, to walk through your vision, your priorities, and how I can help bring them together.
This is where I actually get to know you as a couple, not just as a checklist.

Your portal, your plan
You’ll get full access to your client portal, every vendor, deadline, and decision organized in one place, always current.
This is how I protect your peace. You don’t have to keep track of it all, I do, and you’ll always be able to see exactly where things stand.

Design & timeline meetings
As your date approaches, we’ll meet more often, reviewing design details, confirming logistics, and making sure everything is aligned.
By this point, it usually stops feeling like a business relationship. Most of my couples tell me it starts to feel like planning with a friend.

Wedding week & day-of
My team and I handle execution from start to finish, vendors, timeline, logistics, and every detail in between.
You get to actually be a guest at your own wedding. That’s the whole point.

After the wedding
I follow up personally after your wedding to make sure you’re happy and to close things out properly.
